Refund policy
Because each item is made to order, we’re only able to accept returns in the case of defects, printing errors, or if you received the wrong item.
If something’s wrong with your order, contact us at contact@offsight-studio.com within 30 days of receiving your item. Include your order number and a photo of the issue, and we’ll evaluate and make it right with a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs you paid.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, reach out immediately at contact@offsight-studio.com so we can resolve it quickly.
Sizing
Please check our size guide carefully before ordering. Since items are made to order, we’re not able to offer exchanges for sizing issues outside of the EU cooling-off period below.
European Union 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason, without needing to give a justification. To qualify, your item must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase. Contact us at contact@offsight-studio.com to start a cancellation within this window.
You will be responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. If you cancel, we will refund the price you paid for the item, including the original shipping cost, but not the cost of returning it to us.
Non-returnable items
Sale items and gift cards cannot be returned or refunded outside of the EU cooling-off period above.
Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected a returned or cancelled item, we’ll let you know whether the refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be refunded automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times can vary depending on your bank or card provider.
